Overview
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pets & More website, and all related content, features, tools and services offered on it (together, the "Services"). The Services are built and hosted on Vercel, with Supabase powering our database and authentication, and Paymob powering our card payment processing.
By accessing or using the Services — including by browsing our store, creating an account, or placing an order — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in the "Changes to These Terms" section below.
Access and Account
You do not need an account to browse the Services, but certain features (such as viewing past orders) may require one. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services, and you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or otherwise interacting with us.
Our Products
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the products available on the Services, including descriptions, images and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that colors, sizes or other details will be entirely accurate, as this can depend on your device's display. Product availability, pricing and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
Orders
When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized transaction, or if there was an error in the price or description of a product. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.
Prices and Billing
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the Services do not include delivery fees unless stated otherwise; applicable delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Card payments are securely processed by Paymob; we do not store your full card details. We also offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders, where payment is collected at the time of delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines, service areas and fees are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by your location, courier availability, and factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
The Services and all content on them — including text, graphics, logos, images and the Pets & More name and branding — are owned by or licensed to Pets & More and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
Our Service Providers
The Services are hosted by Vercel, our data is stored and managed by Supabase, and card payments are processed by Paymob. These providers process certain technical, account and payment information on our behalf in order to provide the Services to you, as described in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about the Services, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you, and you waive any right to claim ownership over how we choose to implement them.
Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information, or cancel orders, at any time without prior notice.
Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you agree not to use the Services: for any unlawful purpose; to defraud us or any other person; to interfere with or circumvent the security of the Services; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or malicious code; or to collect or track the personal information of other users. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services for violating any of these prohibited uses.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pets & More will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any products purchased through them. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pets & More harmless from any claims, losses or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to our Services or for legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
